We are currently seeking a Drug and Alcohol Nurse required for Community Services based in Durham.

Duties will include Alcohol Assessment of patients, community alcohol detox preparation, providing reduction advice and the effects of alcohol on the body.

Support non-qualified staff to meet the needs of alcohol dependent patients.

You would need to be mobile and have access to a car as working across a large geographical area within the County Durham.

Liaise with other professionals, and general nursing duties.

Hours are 8am - 5pm and must be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
