The Role
As a Veterinary Surgeon in our general practice (first opinion) role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Independently conducting 15-minute consultations
- Managing a diverse caseload, providing comprehensive care for small animals
- Diagnosing, treating, and preventing illnesses
- Performing routine surgeries with full support from the team
- Collaborating with clients to provide the best treatment options for their pets
- Mentoring junior vets and student nurses
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated individual who has:
- A recognised veterinary degree and recent small animal experience
- Strong general veterinary skills and an interest in providing high-quality care
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and the team
- A passion for continuous learning and development
