Key Skills: Initial 3 month contract. Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:00. Adults and Childrens Enhanced DBS on the Update Service will be required prior to starting.
Key Skills: Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or demonstrable equivalent experience. Evidence of relevant clinical training relating to complex care.
