Our client is recruiting a friendly, dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their well-established, independent small animal practice on a part-time basis, with the potential for additional holiday cover.
About the Practice;
This is a client-focused, independent small animal practice with no corporate ties.
The team prides itself on a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and a strong emphasis on continuity of care.
The practice is supported by an experienced nursing and support team and is well equipped with modern facilities, including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory.
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will be confident in routine consultations, general surgery, and diagnostic workups.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to high standards of client and patient care are essential.
The role would suit a Veterinary Surgeon who is happy working independently while being supported by a close-knit, collaborative team.
Applicants must be MRCVS registered.
The Role:
This is a part-time position with days and hours negotiable.
There are no out-of-hours duties and no weekend work.
The caseload is small animal only, offering an excellent work-life balance within a supportive practice environment.
What’s on Offer:
The practice offers a competitive salary up to £60,000 pro rata (dependent on experience), along with a flexible and supportive working environment.
CPD is encouraged and funded, and RCVS fees are paid.
