I’m working with a growing, privately owned Emergency & Referral Hospital in tropical North Queensland seeking a full-time Specialist Small Animal Surgeon to join their expanding referral team.

Clinical Scope:
- Orthopaedics (TPLO, fracture repair, hip procedures)
- Neurosurgery (hemilaminectomy, ventral slots, spinal stabilisation)
- Advanced soft tissue & minimally invasive surgery
- Complex referral cases
- Collaboration across ECC, Medicine, Imaging & Anaesthesia
The Package:
- $200,000–$300,000 base + commission + super
- Future buy in potential
- Relocation support & visa sponsorship available
- Registration & professional fees covered
- Board exam & study leave support (where applicable)
