This role is perfect for a confident GP vet who enjoys mentoring others, developing a positive team culture, and delivering outstanding clinical care.
The Role:
- Lead Veterinary Surgeon position in a well established small animal practice
- 4-day working week
- 1 in 3 Saturdays
- Opportunity to shape the clinical direction of the practice
- Combine leadership responsibilities with clinical work in consults and surgery
- Mentor and develop the wider veterinary and nursing team
You’ll work closely with the Branch Partner, helping to support the growth and long-term success of the practice while maintaining high clinical standards.
The Practice:
The clinic is well equipped and soon to undergo refurbishment, providing a modern and well-supported clinical environment.
Facilities include:
- Digital X-ray
- Ultrasound
- Brand new laparoscopy and dental suite
- Access to advanced imaging, surgery and hospitalisation through a nearby 24-hour hospital
This gives the team the ability to manage a wide range of cases while having strong referral support when needed.
Salary and Package:
- Salary up to £95,000 depending on experience
- Lead Vet Contribution Scheme offering up to 20% performance bonus
- Relocation support available
- Visa sponsorship available

- Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon
- Confident GP vet with strong clinical skills
