Red Sector Recruitment are working in partnership with a highly respected veterinary provider to recruit a Surgical Lead Veterinary Surgeon for a unique multi-site opportunity across London.
This is a standout role for a surgically-driven vet with a passion for orthopaedics and complex soft tissue procedures, offering the chance to lead, shape, and grow surgical services within a modern, well-equipped clinical environment.
The Role
You’ll take the lead on a surgery-focused caseload, working across a small number of well-connected London sites.
This position offers immediate access to a strong and varied caseload, with the opportunity to further develop both internal and referral work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries
- Lead and develop surgical standards and clinical excellence
- Mentor and support veterinary colleagues
- Build and grow a surgical caseload and referral pipeline
- Deliver exceptional patient care and client experience
- Conduct pre-op consults and post-op follow-ups
- Maintain accurate clinical records and admin
About You:
- Experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a strong surgical focus
- Certificate holder (or working towards) in Surgery/Orthopaedics desirable
- Confident managing complex cases independently
- Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Passionate about clinical development and mentoring
