An independent, patient-focused small animal practice in Surrey is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its supportive and close-knit team.

Clinic Snapshot:
- Independent small animal practice with strong community focus
- Well-equipped with modern diagnostics (ultrasound, DR x-ray, multiparameter monitoring)
- Team of experienced vets with varied clinical interests
- Highly skilled nursing team including RVNs, students and support staff
- Dedicated reception and management team
- Separate dog and cat/rabbit wards
- Visiting orthopaedic specialists
- Strong focus on low-stress handling
Working Pattern:
- 4-day week (31 hours)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am – 12:00pm)
- No Sundays, bank holidays or out-of-hours
- 20-minute consults
- Protected admin time and structured breaks
- Daily team catch-ups
Total Rewards:
- Salary £36,375 – £48,500 (DOE)
- Equivalent to £45,000 – £60,000 full-time
