A well-established small animal practice in St Albans is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its team in a lead role with strong clinical autonomy.

Working Pattern:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- 1 in 6 weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital
- Alternative option of 1 in 3 Saturdays shared across local clinics
- Part-time applications also considered
- Sole charge opportunity with wider clinical support available
