I'm working with one of the Gold Coast’s most highly regarded family owned clinics, seeking an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian to join their growing team.

The Role:
- Small Animal GP position with a strong surgical focus
- Opportunity to further develop surgical skills and interests
- Work alongside an experienced team of 6 vets
- Build long-term client relationships and work cases up thoroughly
- Ideal for vets with 3+ years' experience, although passionate developing vets may also be considered

- Purpose-built hospital close to the beach
- Digital X-ray & Dental X-ray
- Ultrasound
- IDEXX in-house laboratory
- Endoscopy, ECG & Laser therapy
- Modern surgical and diagnostic equipment
- Highly capable nursing team providing extensive clinical support
The Team:
- 6 vet collaborative team
- 4 vets working each day
- Experienced nursing team handling blood collection, IV placement and patient support
- Fun, supportive culture with regular team events
- Strong focus on staff wellbeing and mental health
Rota & Work-Life Balance:
- Full-time position
- 4 day working week
- Alternating Saturday rota
- No after-hours or on-call
- Flexible scheduling available
- Mental health and wellbeing prioritised
The Package:
- Up to $160,000 DOE
