A new small animal surgery is opening in Feltham, and we're seeking two experienced Veterinary Surgeons (3+ years' experience) to join the founding team alongside the Head Vet.
From day one, you'll play a key role in shaping the culture, clinical standards and future direction of the practice.
Designed around both patient and team wellbeing, this state-of-the-art surgery will provide an exceptional environment to deliver high-quality first-opinion care while enjoying genuine autonomy and influence.

Working Pattern:
- Full-time position
- 4-day week (9-hour shifts)
- Average 39 hours per week
- 1 in 4 weekends

What they're looking for:
- MRCVS-qualified Veterinary Surgeon
- Minimum 3 years' small animal experience
- Strong all-round GP and surgical skills
- Passion for clinical excellence and patient care
- Collaborative and supportive approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Excited by the opportunity to build something new
