An independent, patient-focused veterinary practice in Surrey is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join its highly motivated and supportive team.

Clinic Snapshot:
- Independent small animal practice
- Recently upgraded ultrasound and digital radiography
- Multi-parameter monitoring, syringe drivers, Tonopen and Phovia
- Separate dog and cat/rabbit wards
- Collaboration with visiting orthopaedic specialists
- Highly experienced team of vets, RVNs, student nurses and support staff
- Daily team catch-ups and bi-monthly development meetings
Clinical Focus:
- First opinion small animal practice
- 20-minute consultations
- Behaviour consultations and confidence clinics
- Fully utilised nurse consults
- Strong focus on holistic, patient-centred care
- Encouragement and support for CPD and clinical development
Working Pattern:
- 4-day week (31 hours)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am–12pm)
- No Sundays, Bank Holidays or out-of-hours
- Protected admin, lunch and break times
- Additional hours considered for the right candidate
Total Rewards:
- Salary £36,375–£48,500 DOE (£45,000–£60,000 FTE)
