Co-Ownership Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to become a 2nd Partner across two practices in Central London.
This would be particularly suited to a vet early in their career who wants to take the next step into practice ownership alongside an experienced Partner, with plenty of support and mentorship.
The Opportunity:
- 10% buy-in from £10,000
- Base salary from £80,000 +
- 10-year deferred payment option
- Genuine profit share and equity growth
- No management fees
- Dedicated commercial and operational support
- Guaranteed exit opportunity every two years
- Leadership experience is not essential
The Practices:
- Established Southwark practice with a loyal client base and experienced team
- Brand new site opening November 2026
- New site will feature three consulting rooms and dedicated dog and cat wards
- Excellent opportunity to help shape and grow the new practice
- Close to London Bridge, Tower Bridge and Waterloo
About You
- MRCVS with strong clinical skills
- Passionate about excellent patient and client care
- Ambitious and motivated to grow a successful practice
- Excited by the prospect of practice ownership and team leadership
